Digital Finance Core Technology - Empower the day-to-day financial operations for Invoice to cash, Invoice to Pay, Record to Report, and Asset accounting through the provision of digital financial solutions that integrate accounting data and processes into one single source of truth in accordance with accounting principles, therefore providing real-time and valuable financial information to all our stakeholders.
Delivering localized solutions using standardized processes while ensuring local legal regulatory compliance for tasks such as tax and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of the SAP Finance module, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and managing project timelines
- Customize SAP Finance functionalities to align with organizational needs and industry best practices
- Provide proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders
- Implement solutions to meet local legal requirements and compliance in multiple countries
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize financial processes and reporting within SAP
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the quality and integrity of SAP Finance solutions
- Train end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and ensure adoption across the organization
- Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and upgrades, and implement as necessary to enhance system performance and functionality
- Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors as needed for SAP Finance module support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP ERP as a FICO functional consultant with experience in global roll-outs, including integration with other modules like SD/MM/PS
- Practical experience as an SAP Finance Consultant or SAP Finance Lead, with experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance modules
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Experience in implementing legal requirements in several countries (SAF-T, E-Invoicing, VAT reporting, etc.)
- Experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation
- Exposure to S/4 HANA Finance - New GL Accounting, New Asset Accounting, and CO - Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Costing, Material Ledger
- Familiarity with RE-FX and IFRS 16
- SAP certification in the Financial Accounting (FI) or Controlling (CO) modules
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices
- Familiar with Agile Methodology and Product-Led Architecture
- Exposure to basic ITIL
