As part of our Procurement organization in the Manila Shared Service Center, you will support our global operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our vendor master data processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless procurement and finance operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and enable suppliers to the Ariba platform (Upstream and Downstream Modules such as Ariba Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle, Business Network and Supply Chain Collaboration)
  • Prepare data collection for Ariba onboarding process - align priorities with lead and product owners/project teams
  • Contact suppliers through emails or calls to get necessary information (contacts, addresses, organization, etc.) and do necessary follow-up for completion of registration
  • Support supplier for any question related to the Ariba platform - including account creation and set-up, business usage and report generation
  • Follow-up with suppliers on their Ariba adoption to meet internal KPIs
  • Provide internal user support in navigating in Ariba as well as external supplier support
  • Escalate reported supplier issues to appropriate internal team
  • Handle internal and external tickets using the ServiceNow platform
  • Attend trainings to learn about the new/updated SAP Ariba modules to be able to support suppliers
  • Create or generate supplier enablement related reports as requested by business
  • Perform other duties related to supplier onboarding as assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or Engineering
  • Experience in similar functions or customer service for 3-5years
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Capability to communicate with global suppliers
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba or any eProcurement tool

 

Competencies:

  • Good methodical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to learn and work effectively with process and system updates in an agile manner
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business, external vendors, and technical teams
