Responsibilities:
Regional Systems & Data Lead is a matrix role reporting into the Regional Director and the Global Systems & Data Lead. The role provides regional ownership for implementing and embedding global REFM systems, data, and process standards, while agreeing regional process variances where local context requires it. It reinforces controls and compliance, partners eg. CBRE, and turns partner and internal data into actionable insight and recommendations.
- Implement global standards for access control and workplace systems
- Own regional execution of the global approach for access control and workplace systems, ensuring controls, due diligence, and performance are consistently applied, with agreed regional variances where required.
- Deliver the regional component of the global systems roadmap (optimisation and standardization)
- Translate the global roadmap into a regional delivery plan, prioritising standardisation, optimisation, and benefits realisation across the regional systems landscape.
- CBRE data and performance interface (consistent framework and insight)
- Apply the global framework for receiving, validating, analysing, and acting on CBRE data (tickets, asset data, KPIs), ensuring consistent reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Ticketing and service model governance
- Ensure the regional ticketing and service model is consistent with the global standard, with CBRE providing day-to-day ticket handling and resolution, and REFM providing oversight, assurance, and advisory input on trends, risks, and improvements.
- Digital tools utilisation (aligned to DS and the global roadmap)
- Partner with Digital Solutions (DS) and the global Systems & Data lead to maximise utilisation of approved tools and capabilities (automation, integration, data presentation, and appropriate AI-enabled features), aligned to the internal technology roadmap and governance.
- Where necessary - Physical security and safe spaces (regional ambassador, aligned to standards)
- Act as the regional REFM point of contact for physical security and safe workplace systems, ensuring local risks are managed through agreed global security function standards, controls, and compliance requirements, in partnership with Security, Legal, and Compliance.
Qualifications:
This role functions as REFM's internal systems and technology lead, acting as the bridge between business operations, data, technology, and external service providers.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Property Management, Shared Services, or a related operational environment.

Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-country systems, process, or data management initiatives within a matrix organization.
- Super user of 'AI' new technology

Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into system improvements, automation opportunities, and data-driven solutions.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience developing dashboards, performance reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive-level insights.
- Strong understanding of data quality management, reporting governance, and process standardization methodologies.

Main KPI's:
- Regional REFM has stable, well-controlled access and workplace systems, with fewer incidents and less manual workarounds
- Consistent, automated reporting is in place for CBRE tickets, asset data, and KPIs, with clear recommendations and actions
- Clear ownership and governance of access control, ticketing model, and data quality, aligned to global standards
- Legal, compliance, and security stakeholders, where applicable, have high confidence that the necessary controls and due diligence are in place without adding operational burden
- Regional leaders have greater confidence in systems performance and data-led decisions (space utilisation, service performance, risk)
