Responsibilities

• Development and Support of Implemented Production BOTs
• Coordinate with business/process owners on the delivery of the project i.e. timeline, impact assessment, governance, and capacity allocation
• Provide regular status of the projects being delivered. Assess any dependency or risk if there are any
• Aligned project delivery with Global IT

Qualifications

• At least 3-year E2E (end-to-end) experience in Blue Prism
• Senior RPA developer that has guided multiple process automation projects
• Handled both the development of new robots and supervising maintenance and support tasks for robots already in production
• Experience in the identification of automation projects, prioritization, process improvement, and requirements documentation
• Extensive experience in quality and reports analysis

Technical Skills:

• Robotics Process Automation (RPA), BluePrism, and UI Path
• Microsoft Office Application Development & Integration
• Sharepoint Administration & Design
• Visual Basic for Applications (Macro) & Visual Basic
• Knowledgeable in SQL

Soft Skills:

• Great Project Management, Presentation, and Communication Skills
• Process Assessment, Design, and Improvement based on business requirements
• Knowledgeable in Key KPI Reports, Utilization, and Capacity Reports
• Dashboard Design and Implementation
• Data Mining and Analysis
• Stakeholder & Escalation Management
