Procurement Process & Capability is under the Procurement Transformation & Operations Department with Procurement. We are responsible for enabling a well-functioning, future-ready Procurement organization through process excellence, governance, digitalization, and capability development. The department supports Procurement Transformation initiatives by managing end-to-end procurement process design, implementation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment between processes, systems, policies, and organizational capabilities. Working closely with Procurement, Digital Solutions, and business stakeholders, the team establishes and maintains governance frameworks, supports audit readiness and compliance requirements, advances process digitalization and automation, and develops competency frameworks, training programs, and capability-building initiatives that enable sustainable adoption of new ways of working and support the long-term transformation of Procurement organization.

Responsibilities:
As a Process Specialist, you will:
- Advance process excellence and continuous improvement across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global process standards
- Manage and support the implementation and adoption of new processes, digital solutions, and ways of working, enabling business transformation and operational efficiency
- Partner with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and the business to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into scalable process solutions
- Ensure process compliance, governance, and data quality through effective process design, controls, and adherence to established standards
- Manage change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption of new processes and tools
- Identify and pursue digitalization and automation opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, and increase business value
- Analyze process performance, risks, and dependencies, and recommend improvements based on data, insights, and business priorities
- Support cross-functional initiatives and change programs by promoting smooth execution and delivery of desired business outcomes
Qualifications:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Process Management, or a similar discipline
- Extensive experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or digitalization efforts in a global organization
- Experience with process mapping and modelling methodologies and tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Signavio, or similar)
- Knowledge of Source-to-Contract or Source-to-Pay processes
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence certifications are beneficial
