Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Strong reporting and analytics capability.
• Operational insight into service delivery and meaningful metrics.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills.
• Continuous improvement orientation with ability to propose and track interventions.
• ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
Objectives
• 1. Trusted performance view: provide a trusted performance view that drives action.
• 2. Reporting reliability: reduce time lost to unclear or inconsistent reporting.
• 3. Evidence-led prioritisation: enable prioritisation of CI work based on evidence.
What This Role Is Not
This role:
• Does not own master data integrity itself — that is the Performance and Data Manager and the HR Analysts
• Does not prioritise the CI pipeline — that is the Continuous Improvement Specialist
• Not a people manager role. Instead, it turns data others own into the insight that drives decisions and improvement priorities.
12-Month Key Shifts (Current to Future)
• From inconsistent reporting to a stable, trusted scorecard used consistently in decision forums
• From slow, unclear ad hoc requests to faster, more consistent analysis through clear triage and definitions
• From reporting as an output to reporting that demonstrably drives performance improvements and benefits tracking
How This Role Complements Others
• Shared Service Center Lead: partners on triage, QA, and narrative for senior stakeholders.
• Performance and Data Manager: aligns on scorecard definitions, integrity themes, and regional priorities.
• SSC Director, Tower Lead, GPS Strategy & Outcomes Lead: supports with performance questions and decision support.
