As part of our Procurement organization in the Manila Shared Service Center, you will support our global operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our vendor master data processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless procurement and finance operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and validate vendor master data in SAP and Ariba, ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements
  • Support and process vendor requests from global stakeholders
  • Perform data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and conduct data cleansing activities
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to efficiently onboard new vendors
  • Resolve daily tickets in order to meet service level agreements (SLAs) using workflow tools (e.g., Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance data governance, automation, and process efficiencies
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and data extracts as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shared service or multinational company, specifically in master data management
  • Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly with SAP and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Highly adept analytical and logical-thinking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work well with others, commitment to integrity, and inclination towards taking initiative

 

Competencies

  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced data management skills in Excel
  • ERP systems, likely in SAP S/4 Hana
  • Stakeholder management
