MDM Administrator

The department creatively identifies and mitigates risks to financial reporting. The team's goals are to have internal controls framework in place, ensure mitigation of financial and operational risks, facilitate and support effective audit engagements, and create awareness and understanding of compliance policies and controls. This position is a professional and is placed in the Compliance & Operational Control department which is part of Vestas Shared Services A/S - ROHQ under the CFO organization. This position will report to the Head of Compliance in SSC based in Manila. Further, this position will work closely with the "Finance Systems, Process & Compliance" and "IT Authorization Compliance" departments based in Denmark for various access management initiatives and projects, and various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Ensure that data processing is performed according to the processes and instructions set out by the MD manager (timely, complete, valid, and accurate)

Responsible for coordinating group & entity master data change activities

Responsible for ensuring that other impacted master data and transaction data are consistent over all relevant systems

Responsible for reviewing master data after entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with the change request

Evaluating change requests, and requesting support from experts if required

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any Finance, Business, or Information technology course

At least 2 years of work experience in Finance Master Data Management

Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of General Ledger accounts, Charts of Accounts, Profit and Cost Centers, and Intercompany Accounts

Good analytical and communication skills

Knowledge of using ERP Systems. For instance with 2 years of SAP experience

Flexible in work-shifting schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Finance, Business or Information technology course
- At least 2 years of work experience in Finance Master Data Management
- Knowledge in creation and maintenance of General Ledger accounts, Chart of Accounts, Profit and Cost Centers and Intercompany Accounts
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge in using ERP System. Preferably with 2 years SAP experience
- Flexible in work shifting schedules
Competencies

MD Administrator is someone who has an operational role within the organization, and who is able to favorably process MD changes in the system.

Should have an affinity with master data management which implies an orderly and structured way of working / characteristics.

Should be updated on all rules and regulations which apply to a certain MD object.
