Learning & Development - Lead Professional (Procurement)

The Procurement Academy is the dedicated functional academy of the Procurement Organization in Vestas. The academy is responsible for ensuring that the employees are equipped with the relevant skills to make them qualified and effective in their functions. Also, ensuring that the organization is a good place to be in and future-proof.

Responsibilities

• Lead the job evaluation exercise and the beyond 10% initiatives of the learning approach
• Design and develop competency framework and gap analysis methodology and tools
• Coordinate the Training Needs Analysis and Organizational Needs Analysis activities
• Build and sustain the Learning Content Owners (LCO) Community
• Conduct audit sessions on training (PDCA)
• Provide analysis on reports relating to training and operations for strategy development and process assessment
• Oversee the review and updating of VPA process maps and workflows

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4yrs degree/course or higher
• At least 2 years experience in P&C
• At least 1 yr exposure in L&D
• Can work under minimal supervision and knows when to escalate matters with the team

Competencies

• Able to make sound decisions and solve problems
• Can manage projects and implement those effectively
• Able to collaborate with colleagues across territories (all regions and entities)
• Amenable to work in other shifts as the need arises
