You will be part of a motivated team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in Philippine and global shared service center at Vestas. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders in Finance, and your daily setting will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with Business.

Our key tasks as P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with business leaders in reaching their goals and formulating effective strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Consultative Skills: Effective consultative skills with the ability to guide and advise senior leaders.
  • Experience in Expanding Shared Services: Demonstrated experience in leading and expanding shared services within a large organization
  • Implement and manage organizational changes, ensuring seamless collaboration and procedural accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization in employee engagement and matter as a business partner.
  • Partners with the business leader in the development of their strategy. Diagnoses the people strategy needs of the business and develops solutions & interventions to enable the delivery of the business strategy.
  • Provides support to the business leaders in the execution of cyclical HR processes e.g. annual performance management cycle, merit process, etc

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, plus 10-15 years' experience in Philippines HR, to include HR Business Partner roles. Shared Service Center experience.

  • Great exposure to expanding Shared Service Function
  • Practical creative skills as well as a practical sense of what works in a complex organization at different leadership levels.
  • Motivated, displaying resolve and professionalism, particularly when working with senior stakeholders and under tight deadlines.
  • A great communicator with the ability to make your point come across.
  • A trusted advisor and great influencer, finding it easy to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to stay motivated in facing diverse challenges.
