Responsibilities

As a Global Leadership and Talent Specialist within our Center of Excellence, you will design, deliver, and implement high-quality, scalable learning courses and tracks that enhance leadership skills, develop talent to build skilled teams and strengthen talent pipelines at all levels to support the organization's goals.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leverage Expertise in Instructional Design: Rebuild, update, and create impactful and scalable courses and content, focusing on interactive, engaging, and effective learning experiences
  • Innovate Learning Strategies: Integrate new learning strategies, tools, and technologies into the design and development of programs and supplementary materials
  • Evaluate and Assess Impact: Measure business impact and evaluate the effectiveness of courses to ensure they meet organizational goals and learner needs
  • Ensure Scalability: Develop and implement scalable learning solutions that can be effectively deployed across various regions and levels within the organization
  • Project Management: Manage projects in the pipeline using a project calendar and budget for acquiring new tools and technologies
  • Recommend Initiatives: Propose initiatives that may require changes to current processes for delivering and implementing learning solutions
  • Collaborate with Global L&D P&C: Work with Global Learning & Development and People & Culture teams to set up courses and learning tracks in SuccessFactors or Vestas Academy

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in Design Environments: Proficiency in both agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) instructional design methodologies
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to design learning that reflects an understanding of diverse learners and cultural differences
  • Interdisciplinary Application: Skill in applying concepts, techniques, and theories from other disciplines to instructional design and assessment strategies
  • Emerging Learning Solutions: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions, including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios with multiple branching elements
  • Technical Proficiency: Key skills with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline, Captivate)
  • Project Management and Leadership: Proven project management and leadership abilities to meet design target timelines
