Procurement Insights and Risk team enables the Procurement organization to unlock business value by delivering insights through data analysis and analytical tools to support data-driven decision making in various processes of procurement and risk management.

Responsibilities:
This is a business-facing role within the Procurement organization, focusing on two key areas to deliver the Procurement analytics agenda:
Insights and Analytics

- Recommend and deliver data analysis and sustainable/scalable analytics tools / dashboards that fulfil business needs
- Act as the SME for Procurement on the following activities:
- Data staging in SAP Datasphere and Microsoft Snowflake
- Data analysis and visualization / data storytelling in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PowerBI, Excel
- Data modelling and data architecture for reporting and data analysis
Business Engagement and Capability Building

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and identify analytics needs / requirements and collaborate with the IT organization to align and deliver necessary changes in our systems
- Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation on the analytics tools and dashboards
- Support capability building internally in the team and with the broader procurement organization to enable data-driven decision making
- Collaborate internally in defining best practices for data, data models, data storytelling and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- At least 8 years working experience in the same capacity as data analyst / specialist, business intelligence (BI) manager with the above responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in data staging activities in SAP Datasphere and Microsoft Snowflake
- Demonstrated experience in data storytelling in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PowerBI
- Adept at stakeholder management - both business and IT; able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience and an understanding of Procurement / Quality processes and measures a big plus
- Attentive to details, great collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills required
