Identity and Access Management Administrator

You will be part of the Datacenter & Cloud Engineering and Services team (DCES), who are responsible for Vestas On-prem and Cloud platforms.

Vestas Digital Solutions is responsible for a wide range of activities all related to driving and promoting the digital agenda. The DCES team accelerates digital product development by providing enterprise-ready cloud platforms, such as Identity and Access Management Product Areas.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Area is critical in ensuring and hardening Vestas going forward.

• Scalability - by standardization and automation of IAM implementation processes, to accelerate time to execution
• Higher end-user experience - by faster time to execution

The outcome will be:

• Increased IT security and decreased risk exposure
• Faster onboarding of new tools and services by automation of processes
• Vestas is 100% in control of the IAM function

Infrastructure Services > DataCenter & Cloud, Engineering and Services (DCES) - Technical > DataCenter & Cloud, Engineering and Services (DCES) - Chapter Lead

Responsibilities

• Handle and support configuration of Entra ID Enterprise applications, App registrations, Graph API permissions, Conditional Access, etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot PKI-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance
• Knowledge of PKI technologies and cryptographic protocols
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital certificates, including issuance, renewal, and revocation
• Hands-on experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management processes
• Responsible for daily operations, testing, and basic maintenance of IAM tools
• Maintaining Accounts and Access service offerings and workflows
• Understands, creates, and maintains documentation for day-to-day account management and IAM compliance operations procedures and standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve IAM-related issues and incidents
• Rotating On-Call Incident response for high-priority incidents
• All other duties as required

Qualifications

• Good understanding of how PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) infrastructure works. Hands-on experience will be an asset
• Experience with common IAM technologies like Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Single Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Good understanding of existing and emerging industry protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
• Functional proficiency with at least one coding or scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS and DHCP
