Head of IT/OT Integrations

You will join our Vestas IT/OT Competency Center in Manila. We are accountable for providing IT/OT competencies, services, and support for our Vestas Digital Solutions organization.

This position will direct our IT/OT Integrations capability to bring our solutions to the next level, collaborating with key stakeholders in Global IT and beyond to secure alignment and one Vestas scalable governance which ensures quality in the delivery, safeguarding the existing solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex environment in an instrumental role to achieve goals in the journey that Vestas Digital Solutions is on.

Responsibilities

• Build and direct a cohesive team effectively (people development, coaching...), acting as an escalation point and balancing the team capacity with the Digital investment demand
• Alignment of the strategic vision for the IT/OT Integrations capability at Vestas, its organizational interfaces with other IT capabilities, and the ability to set the long-term direction of the team
• Development skills: vision to collaborate with other teams across the value chain to synergize and optimize our global IT/OT Integrations footprint, governance, and KPIs, accelerating the transformation towards a simplified and scalable set-up and solutions ecosystem
• Solid communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders
• Team-oriented person. Silos breaker
• Experience collaborating across geographies and functions
• Complete understanding of the organization's business
• Ability to market and promote the Integration practice and to advocate for necessary resources, support, and appreciation for the team
• Experience at the time of scaling up with IT partners if needed

In addition, the role is expected to provide the following technical/functional output:

• IT/OT Integrations activities and deliverables are produced to the highest standard and delivered on time
• IT/OT Integrations services framework for projects, enhancements, upgrades, etc, guiding and developing other Integration leads to ensure best practices are being followed
• Industrialization of the practice (people, processes, and technology), enforcing relevant governance oversight to ensure internal and IT partners adherence to the defined Vestas standards
• Other tasks but are not limited to securing the documentation and maintenance of IT/OT integrations solutions, defining the practice KPIs and monitoring, assisting in the resolution of major incidents when required, continuous Integration services improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, supervising Integration efforts across several applications/mini/microservices, oversee the IT/OT Integrations landscape integrity and security, secure availability of IT/OT Integrations/Micro or Mini services/API´s and support troubleshooting when needed
• Integration activities may include tracking of defects and subsequent fixes, in close collaboration with IT/OT User Support services

Qualifications
To achieve your goals with the above responsibilities, we envision that you hold a relevant master's degree (IT, Technology, Engineering, Science, Business Organization, or similar) combined with the following:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position(s), providing IT/OT Integration services to complex global programs and working with global teams
• Experience and commitment to direct, coordinate and supervise all the required aspects of the Integration services practice, steering, providing support, and being the voice of diplomatic during pressurized situations
• ITIL knowledge and certification
• Background on supervising a team of specialists or developers on relevant Integration solutions: i.e. SAP integration (SAP PO; SAP Gateway, BTP CPI), SAP ABAP, SAP BTP API Management and Kong Enterprise or similar, Azure Integration development experiences, Cloud governance experience, API development (using Microsoft .net, C#, ASP.net, MVC, Web API), Azure DevOps, Cloud technologies, Native mobile apps & web apps
• API certifications as Product Owner, Designer, or Security Architect, especially in one of the above products
• Used to work on agile methodology, SCRUM, and DevOps
• Cross-cultural understanding (DK, IN, PH...)
• Customer-centric and with the ability to direct and achieve delivery within the set deadlines
