As part of the Global Talent Management function, you will play a crucial role in shaping one of Vestas' Talent Programmes: The Global Graduate Programme. This position offers exciting development opportunities in a growing and diverse international environment.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be the Vestas Global Graduate Programme, this includes:

  • Design, develop, and promote Vestas' Global Graduate programme together with stakeholders
  • Management of programme, communication, budgeting, performance and satisfaction
  • Planning of training and development modules, including planning & execution of Graduate Camps
  • Rotation management and retention efforts
  • Design framework for Graduate Performance, retention & engagement
  • Provide overall Graduate recruitment framework - Secure global spread of new positions, while strong alignment with our Employer Branding team to define attraction strategy
  • Secure a good onboarding experience for new cohorts in the Graduate Programme
  • Continuous testing and refining to understand achievements and improvement opportunities within our setup
  • Maintaining and further improving KPI and analytics dashboards for programmes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in social science, psychology, human resources, business administration, or related fields, OR equivalent skills and experience gained through practical work in talent management, stakeholder engagement, or related areas
  • You have a deep understanding of designing talent and leadership programmes, with a proven history of translating this knowledge into business content while you have a methodical and structured approach to program management and concept development
  • Experience with talent management and facilitating global programmes on both professional and leadership levels
  • Relevant experience from working in global businesses
  • Experience from working with different cultures in a global matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management at various organizational levels
  • Fluent written and spoken Danish and English skills
  • Experienced user of MS PowerPoint and other MS Tools

 

Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and influence a broad range of stakeholders across organizational levels and functions
  • A proven history of using data (quantitative and qualitative) to make strategic decisions. This includes data mining, using data to create relevant trends or use
  • The ability to design, promote, and communicate initiatives internally and externally
  • Great communication skills in English (written and verbal), and comfortable with public speaking
  • Curious and enthusiastic about collaborating across functions and cultures
  • Ability to understand future/current business needs and translate them into actions
  • Able to easily adapt to new needs and circumstances in a fast-moving environment
  • Have a keen understanding of what works in practice in a complex, global organization
