As part of Global Talent Management, we are responsible for setting the strategy, guiding implementation, and enforcing accountability for creating an inclusive culture across our global organisation. In addition, we anchor the Social 1 (S1) disclosures under the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ensuring that Vestas' people data, policies, and practices reflect both our values and our ESG objectives.

Responsibilities

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):

• Coordinate Regional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with global DEIB strategy.
• Support global awareness campaigns and engagement efforts around inclusion and culture.
• Provide administrative support for the Inclusive Leadership Program.
• Monitor and analyze DEIB metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting:

• Manage the coordination and preparation of Social 1 (S1) disclosures in compliance with the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
• Translate legal and policy language into accessible, HR-friendly guidance and tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of people data, policies, and practices for ESG reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sustainability and Compliance teams, to align reporting processes and content.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a strategic partner to internal departments, providing insights into DEIB and ESG matters.
• Engage with external partners, industry groups, and communities to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in DEIB program development and ESG reporting within a global organization

Competencies

• Proficient communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, people-friendly language.
• Stakeholder management - confidence working with cross-functional teams, building relationships, and aligning across time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate a complex organizational environment.
• A structured and motivated working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with data, reporting tools, and basic governance documentation (e.g., Excel, dashboards, process charts).
