The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities-driven decisions are taken on a good financial business case, which can and will be followed upon.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for complex accounting and financial analysis. Prepares reports efficiently and effectively, utilizing advanced technical and financial knowledge
- Prepares and reviews complex standards, responds to ad-hoc requests for analytics, and provides support for business profitability, case preparation, and investigation into financial performance, and are key in enabling decision support
- Ensuring that management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecasts, controls, inventory reconciliation processes, and accrual management is in place and is working in preparation for SOX compliance and internal and external reporting readiness
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective process controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related area
- Nice to have certifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions
- With proficient analytical skills relevant to financial analysis
- Committed and highly motivated; efficient learner in a complex and demanding environment
- Knowledge of using ERP Systems. Experience in SAP is beneficial
- Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting is desired
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexible in work-shifting schedules
Competencies
- Has a good finance, audit, or accounting background
- Has knowledge on accounting guidelines and principles such as IAS and GAAP
- Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification, and standardization
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems
- Skilled in communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering
