Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing proactive engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project, or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities-based decisions are taken on a good financial business case that can and will be followed.

Responsibilities

To perform complex accounting and financial analysis. Prepares reports efficiently and effectively utilizing advanced technical financial knowledge

To implement the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines

Ensure that process controls are implemented and applicable compliance requirements are in place

To perform timely monthly closing procedures such as inventory valuation, factory/project performance reports, and analysis, cost of poor quality, slow-moving stock, and reclassification of indirect production cost to inventory

To perform standard and ad hoc analytics reports to assess business profitability and factory financial performance that is key in enabling business decisions

To identify, suggest and implement improvements on current tasks and participate in Global optimization

Effectively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
Qualifications
-
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or other Finance related courses
-
At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in the Controlling & Reporting function or from a relevant role
-
Preferably with experience in manufacturing or inventory accounting, and with relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting including variance analysis

Experience in working with multi-cultural/diverse stakeholders (With relevant experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement) for instance

With good management and relevant financial analysis skills

Good communication and presentation skills

For instance with experience in using ERP (SAP) systems

For instance with BPO/Shared Service experience

Innovative in work-shifting schedules
Competencies
-
Has good finance, audit, or accounting background

Has knowledge of accounting guidelines and principles such as IAS and GAAP

Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification, and standardization

Proficient in using Microsoft office software

Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems

Good in communication, stakeholder management, and business partners
