You have a broad and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. You will become part of a new team where we need different capabilities within platform operations and support. You will work closely with architects, Subject Matter Experts and developers as well as external vendors to ensure a stable, secure, and ever-growing ServiceNow platform for Vestas. You will be responsible for the aspects of support, security, performance, health, governance, and compliance and maintenance of our entire ServiceNow platform (2 production and 5 non-production instances).

Responsibilities

  • Incident handling and remediation
  • Day to day operations and support on our ServiceNow platform 
  • Update sets and data movement
  • Maintain certificates
  • Handle User and Group administration on the ServiceNow platform
  • Create HI cases on platform and module incidents 
  • Receive handover documentation from developers and projects
  • Identify candidates for automation of administrative and repetitive tasks and implement self-service and automated solutions
  • Responsible for performance monitoring and remediation of issues while exercising data sanitation
  • Index identification and creation
  • Archiving and data destruction
  • Perform security and compliance tasks related to platform hardening, local user password control and roles and access sanitation, user anonymization, and integrated security and hardening. 
  • Contribute to and coordinate health scan review and improvements
  • Log monitoring and remediation of errors logged
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow version upgrade in collaboration with SME and architects
  • Perform the ServiceNow regular clone while optimizing the process, preservation list and data management
  • Ensuring continuously connectivity to our integration partner
  • Handle and coordinate support tickets in the ServiceNow management system


Qualifications

  • Degree in IT and Business or similar education
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Have solid time management skills and can set priorities when handling multiple cases in an at times hectic environment

      Specific knowledge required:

  • Integrations via REST
  • JavaScript
  • Flow designer
  • The ServiceNow data model
  • Azure SSO and MFA
  • ServiceNow platform as a whole
