This role will be based in Manila and will report to the Head of the Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Team. The department is part of the Vestas Shared Service Center and handles Project Management, Automation, Reporting and Analytics and Continuous Improvement for SSC as well as Globally. The department has a close working relationship with global leads and management in Vestas from Finance, Procurement, Master Data, HR and IT.

  • This role will work with various business key stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain multiple business solutions using the ServiceNow platform including troubleshooting, writing instructions, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and identifying ways to improve existing processes and solutions in ServiceNow
  • Develop, configure and improve ServiceNow applications
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation 
  • Estimate project timelines and resource requirements 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and supervise timely delivery of projects
  • Report modules where ServiceNow is deployed in Vestas (e.g Request, Service Catalog, etc)
  • Document knowledgebase articles and support end-users by providing training on ServiceNow related applications and processes



  • At least (3) years of working with the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience in system configuration and development
  • Training and Certification in ServiceNow Application Development
  • In-depth experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Knowledge, Workflows, Content Management, User Administration, etc
  • Ability to work in a global and ever-growing environment
  • Good communication skills when relating to both technical and non-technical key stakeholders 
  • Certification in ServiceNow Administration, good to have
  • Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodology



  • Experience with data management systems, significant skills within IT (i.e. IT-infrastructure, network, permissions, server administration), and experience with working in an international cross-cultural matrix organization
  • Enthusiastic, results-oriented and have a significant sense of accountability
  • You have a creative approach to new opportunities and out of the box thought process
  • You achieve goals as part of a team and it comes naturally to you to collaborate and share knowledge
  • You have good communication & presentation skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • You have good stakeholder management skills and can build up an established network globally
