SAP HCM Interface Specialist 
PH, Pasay City | Professional | Full-Time

Global IT P&C department consisting of different teams working with systems as SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Expert Modules, SAP HCM, HR Services solution, Time and Payroll systems and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance in finding the root cause of reoccurring replication issues and implementation of a permanent solution for a long-term fix
  • Aid in the implementation of PA_SE_IN Support Packages in HCM and SNotes in close coordination with SAP BASIS Team/external vendor team
  • Configuration and upgrade of field and value mapping for Employee Data and OM in HCM BIB Tool
  • Assistance to P&C Digital Team in any critical replication issues/bug fixes, information requests
  • Collaborate with P&C Digital Team on Emerging countries BIB Replication configuration 
  • Support on interface connection/data issues from HCM to Outbound systems like VP/AD/OMADA
  • Monitoring of data replication between SuccessFactors and HCM and effectively fixing issues
  • Support the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements) and developing solutions
  • Coordinate with external support vendor to ensure closure of critical and complex tickets on replication
  • Participation in the effort to understanding business feedback to resolve or improve technical issues
  • Review and implement SuccessFactors EC Integration half-yearly releases and enhancements in HCM

 

Qualifications

  • Education in IT or HR domain with a very good understanding of business processes and IT systems
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the operation of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM interface
  • Hands-on experience of minimum 5 years in Integration/Replication Content via Business Integration Builder (BIB) (SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP HCM PA/OM and data interfaces)
  • Certification in SAP Certified Integration Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybris will be an added advantage
  • Functional background in SAP HCM and analysis and configuration experience in HCM - OM/PA and other modules, is required
  • Experience in debugging complex replication issues regarding Employee Data like HCM Data change, Data mismatch between EC/HCM and Organization Replication issues
  • Good to have - knowledge on BADI/ABAP programs in HCM and interfaces/integrations from SAP HCM/SuccessFactors like APIs, NGA, ADP payroll, AD/OMADA and middleware technologies like CPI
  • You may have your experience from either an IT or HR organization or having experience as a consultant supporting implementations or client systems

  • IT technical knowledgeable understanding HR processes
  • Ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, with limited supervision and collaboratively, and as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • System mindset with a good desire towards better user experience
  • A qualified team-oriented person but able to work with limited supervision with own deliverables
  • Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems
  • You take pride in delivering good experiences, but also automatically thinks how issues and examines you meet can be avoided by optimizing processes, communication, or eventually the system
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Experience from working agile is very beneficial
