The Digitalization and Processes team is an off-shore team functioning under the Digitalization and Processes department within Global Procurement. We are responsible for handling source-to-pay and other procurement support processes and providing technical and operational support to key system platforms such as SAP Ariba. We also support different project initiatives related to digitalization and automation and engage with the different Category Teams, Regional Procurement Organizations, Global IT, and Group & Regional Finance in promoting global implementation and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Accounts Payable to streamline the Procure to Pay process
  • Encourage the implementation and adoption of new procure-to-pay processes
  • Supervise compliance to procurement processes: sourcing, contracts, purchase requests, purchase approval/orders, audit compliance and high data quality
  • Interact with stakeholders to encourage and influence process improvement goals
  • Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the business processes
  • Assist in periodic audits of Global Procurement as needed and take necessary steps to correct any discrepancies
  • Participate in projects in all functional areas across the organization



  • 3+ years of work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • Experience in Business Process Management
  • Six Sigma Certification is an asset but not a requirement
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of systems such as ARIS/MS Visio or other process modeling tools
  • Technical knowledge of Ariba and SAP
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any related field



  • Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Process modeling and analysis skills include but are not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future states along with root cause analysis
  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of modeling tools like ARIS, Visio, etc
  • Business Process Review experience and ability to translate business requirements to optimum solutions, adhering to quality standards
  • Professional critical, choices and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details
  • Skilled ability to prioritize and deliver results
  • Skilled communication and reporting skills
  • Customer-centric and results-oriented individual
