You will join the Vestas Solutions department as part of the Vestas Global IT organization. We are accountable for all enterprise IT offerings for our Value Chain business applications (R&D, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QSE, Sourcing, Transport, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources). We act as advisors for our business units, establishing and accelerating technology implementation and enabling business strategy powered by IT. Furthermore, we promote development and implementation projects across the entire value chain and support solutions after go-live.

Responsibilities

Specializing in Quality and the corresponding IT supporting tools, you will join the team which oversees QSE IT applications from early idea and innovation through the project, operation, optimization, and finally decommissioning.

You will be supporting the current implementation of the Enablon suite and supporting the applications after go-live.

You will be a part of complex QSE transformation journeys, stemming from the To-Be state and our current portfolio of cross-functional running projects, bringing our business units through IT solution development and governance.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Quality systems across multiple modules
  • 2nd level support for Quality systems after go-live
  • Perform problem-solving activities
  • Assist in change management for Quality systems
  • Contact to supplier for 3rd-level support, change execution, etc.
  • Advise the business in the use of the Quality systems
  • Support Global IT to bring our business stakeholder engagement to the next level
  • Understand our business strategy and goals, the main value drivers related and the derived business and IT capabilities to build the best QSE IT solutions
  • Continuous improvement of existing and coming QSE IT Solutions

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a technical education - IT engineer, QSE engineer, or similar
  • Certification in SAP Quality Management will be preferred
  • Experience in SAP QM Projects including designing and configuring the Quality Processes – Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Complaint Management, Quality Certificates, Audit management, etc
  • Experience with all aspects of the SAP implementation including gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post-implementation activities
  • Deep integration knowledge with various other modules like Materials Management, Procurement, Production, Extended warehouse management, Etc
  • Knowledge in setting up interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Experience with solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
  • Expertise in data migration aspects to freely handle migration activities
