Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing innovative engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project, or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities’ great decisions are taken on a good financial business case that can and will be followed.

  • Go-to-person of IT Finance team in regards to the owned activities ( i.e. effectively address issues, provide insights and promote business performance)
  • Business partnering (translation of business transactions/needs into financials/decision-making)
  • Focus on a higher level of analysis, and transfer procedural activities to the SSC support team
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial controlling and reporting of IT Finance activities
  • Prepare an annual budget, coordinate with different functions, and finalize by uploading it to the budget tool
  • Perform manual tasks during month-end close and monthly chargeback of services to specific projects
  • Monitor and align IT costs with time registration
  • Coordinate and supervise intercompany invoicing activities
  • Supports ad-hoc requests on manual reports used for analysis



  • Bachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business or Management course
  • At least 5 - 7 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or equivalent finance function
  • Impeccable methodical skills relevant to financial analysis
  • Experience in financial reporting
  • With advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in using applications such as Microsoft Office and SAP ERP and BI
  • Able to cope with change and work under ambiguous circumstances
  • Experience in business partnering



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Financial understanding and budget responsibility
  • Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner
  • Ability to do effective business partnering and communication with both finance and non-finance professionals
  • Experience in budgeting and reporting financials with insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (data mining/analytics) and SAP Working knowledge
  • Ability to work with limited to no supervision as well as in a team environment under a matrix organization
