Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting


The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing motivated engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project, or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities’ creative decisions are taken on a good financial business case which can and will be followed upon.

  • Responsible for complex accounting and financial analysis. Prepares reports efficiently and effectively utilizing advanced technical financial knowledge

  • Prepares and reviews complex standard and respond to an ad-hoc request for analytics and provides support for business profitability, case preparation, and investigation into financial performance and are key in enabling decision support

  • Ensures that management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecast, controls, inventory reconciliation processes, and accrual management is in place and is working in preparation for SOX compliance and internal and external reporting readiness

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective process controls



  • Bachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related area

  • With certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA etc)

  • At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions

  • With solid critical skills relevant to financial analysis

  • A motivated person and having a "can-do" attitude; a strategic person in a complex, an exciting, and a growing environment

  • Knowledge of using ERP systems. Experience in SAP

  • Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Flexible in work shifting schedules



  • Has good finance, audit, or accounting background

  • Has knowledge of accounting guidelines and principles such as IAS and GAAP

  • Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification and standardization

  • Proficient in using Microsoft office software

  • Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems

  • Good in communication, stakeholder management and business partnering
