Continuous Improvement Lead 
PH, Pasay City | Specialist | Full-Time

This role will be based in Manila and will report to the Head of the Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Team. The department is part of the Vestas Shared Service Center and handles Project Management, Automation, Reporting and Analytics and Continuous Improvement for SSC as well as Globally. The department has a close working relationship with global leads and management in Vestas from Finance, Procurement, Master Data, HR and IT.

  • Global Business partnering - You will be working closely with global leads and management in Vestas from Finance, Procurement, Master Data, HR, and IT in improving process standardization initiatives to reduce process variation among regions that will result assist in improving operational performance, productivity and quality
  • Bring cross-functional business improvement projects that will simplify, automate and error-proof current processes. Project supervise the identified solutions to ensure they are implemented on time
  • Advice, address and encourage performance management initiatives using advanced data collection and statistical analysis that will aid senior management in choices
  • Bring a culture of quality and continuous improvement in the organization through training of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools



  • 5+ years experience delivering process improvement initiatives with significant and tangible business benefits
  • BlackBelt Six Sigma Trained
  • GreenBelt Belt Six Sigma Trained and Certified
  • Working experience in initiating and implementing process improvement initiatives within finance, manufacturing, or supply chain in a global environment
  • Good understanding of value chain and business models
  • BlackBelt Six Sigma Certification
  • Agile/Scrum Training and Certification

  • Has solid professional abilities as well as the practical sense of what works in complex organizations
  • Is significant, displays perseverance and sound judgment, particularly when working with senior stakeholders and even under tight deadlines

  • Good personality and cross-functional leadership skills that secure the build-up of commitment and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders in a global environment
