APC COO Finance Management Reporting Specialist

The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing focused engagement with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities’ great decisions are taken on a good financial business case which can and will be followed upon.

Responsibilities
The role will consist of two main areas:
APC COO regional management reporting:
- Consolidate, motivate, and report monthly, quarterly, and yearly COO Performance reports
- Perform various financial examines
- Ad hoc financial support to the business
Projects and processes across APC COO Finance:
- Own and improve a project portfolio across COO Finance in the region
- Support continuous improvement of business processes
- Own and promote the Budget and Forecast process within COO Finance in the region
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling/Performance Management/Finance Leadership positions
- Relevant Master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Business Economics, or equivalent professional qualification
- Solid experience working in a matrix organization
- A proven previous experience in effectively implementing financial processes and reports
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Professional presentation skills: ability to communicate a complex message in a more simplified manner
