The Accounts Payable Customer Support is responsible for handling invoices and payment-related inquiries from internal and external customers through OneBreeze and phone calls. This role ensures timely, accurate resolution of concerns, provides high-quality customer service, and supports smooth Accounts Payable operations by collaborating closely with internal Finance, Procurement and business teams.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling accounts payable inquiries related to invoice issues and payment requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for invoice and payment-related inquiries through the OneBreeze ticketing system and phone calls
- Investigate and resolve concerns involving invoice status, discrepancies, missing or duplicate invoices, duplicate payments, and payment delays
- Clearly communicate payment processes, timelines, and requirements to vendors and internal stakeholders
- Prioritize requests based on urgency, aging, and business impact in accordance with established SLAs
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy/ finance/ business management or related area.
- Minimum of three (3) years of solid end-to-end Accounts Payable and Customer Support experience.
- Experience in handling inquiries using a ticketing tool or platform, ServiceNow
- Experience working with ERP systems, SAP S/4 HANA
- Experience working in a shared services environment and/or collaborating with cross-cultural or global teams
Competencies:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles with the ability to apply them effectively in daily operational activities
- Customer-oriented mindset supported by solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a demanding environment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
