The Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) is responsible for delivering standardized, high-quality finance operations across regions. Within FSSC, the Accounts Receivable (AR) function manages the end-to-end receivables cycle, including billing, cash application coordination, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first-level escalation point for AR Billing-related issues and operational concerns
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete billing and invoice distribution in line with contractual terms, local regulations, and global policies
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, including pricing issues, master data errors, and system-related failures
- Oversee and consolidate non-standard or non-migrated AR billing processes
- Support standardization for the Global Billing Process
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders as needed to resolve issues efficiently
- Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Support or lead AR projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Review and ensure timely submission of SOX documentation in SAP GRC and maintain high compliance standards
- Investigate control gaps and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Provide audit support (internal and external), including documentation and walkthroughs
- Perform analytical reviews and reporting to ensure KPI targets are met
- Consolidate monthly operational decks
- Ensure adherence to AR task lists, SLAs, and the internal controls framework
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
- Support month-end closing activities and resolve critical business issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience, with extensive exposure to Global AR Billing processes
- Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA (FI/AR); knowledge of SAP GRC
- Ability to think critically, resolve challenges, and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays, as required
