A2R Analyst I

The team is under Global Finance of Vestas Shared Services Centre. General Ledger is mainly responsible for month end/quarter end/year end closing of the company's financial records, Statutory reporting and SOX Compliance documentation. The group is expected to have close collaboration with the regional finance, payroll & treasury department as well as with the other functions in SSC such as AP/AR/TE & Controlling and Reporting.

Responsibilities
- General Ledger is mainly responsible for Month End/Quarter End/Year End closing of the company's financial records
- Carry out the relevant finance processing of General Ledger fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures
- Engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues (i.e., AP/ AR/TE, Controlling and Reporting) and business stakeholders (i.e., Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
- Performed analytical reviews to ensure meeting KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned
- Assist in developing training plans and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- with a solid background in General Ledger functions, Reporting or Controlling
- With at least 2-5 years of working experience in the same field
- With BPO or SSC experience but not necessary
- Beneficial to have knowledge in process improvement methodologies
- Beneficial to have certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)

- With good communication skills, both oral and written
- Problem solving-oriented
- Open to working on holidays as necessary and able to adjust to any assigned shifts
- With interpersonal skills and professional attitude. Can blend well with different kinds of personalities
- With knowledge in using ERP systems
