Service LAT is responsible for ensuring the best performance possible of wind turbines in the LAT Region. The position will report to the relevant Service & Construction Academy department Service LAT. The academy department is responsible for training the operational service and construction workforce within the countries of Latam.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Established a group of Training Administrators and instructor in the Service and Construction Department
  • Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and communication
  • Supporting Training Administration in delivering needed resources to provide requested technical trainings in classroom environment or remotely
  • Coordinating on-site and off-site training events, assisting the administration of training including scheduling, procurement, set up, communication and logistics
  • Responding to reporting requests, generating reports, and providing report analysis support.
  • Support and coordinate legal mandatory training initiatives in Latin America.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in adult education, training, corporate training, higher education or equivalent educational experience
  • Experienced Learning Management System (LMS) administrator preferred
  • Experienced customer service skills
  • Experience with change and conflict management
  • May be required to travel (35%)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English and portuguese
  • Spanish knowledge desirable
  • Experience on Vestas turbines preferred.
