Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics 

Warehouse Brazil is a department under Supply Chain, Repair & tools organization, responsible to store and distribute Spares parts to maintain the wind turbines online ensuring high level of availability of energy generation and satisfaction of our customers.

 

Responsabilites: 

-Ensure a clean working environment while maintaining safety awareness at all times.
-Ensure timely posting of all inventory transaction such as receiving, shipping and stock transfers. Maximize utilization of warehouse to achieve most efficient use of floor space.-----Ensure completion of monthly cycle count and bi-annual physical inventories.
-Ensure all outbound shipments from the warehouse are posted in SAP and entered into TMS (Transport Management System.).
-Communication - demonstrate excellent communication ability with department employees and internal customers.
-Customer Service - respond promptly to customer needs via email, phone call or face to face meetings.
-Planning/Organizing - prioritize and plan work activities.
-Coordinate with internal organizations to ensure critical shipments are properly routed and delivered.
-Utilize SAP to maintain receiving, order fulfillment, packaging and shipping for sites.
-Ensure optimized shipments by bundling of orders wherever possible for local Area and Distribution locations.
-Problem solving - identified and resolve problems in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions.
-Ensure customer service - respond promptly to customer needs.
-Ensure delivery to request and promise (to the agreed delivery address.)

 

Qualifications: 

-Required bachelor's degree (Logistics) or equivalent related work experience required;
-Minimum 3 years increasingly warehouse work experience;

-Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to read/write in Portuguese, and intermediate English;

-Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (PBI as desired);

-Excellent customer service.

-Strong team player.
-Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible in meeting new requirements.

-Ability to influence others and get others "buy-in" on Solutions and decisions.

-Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action analysis People, supplier and customer management.
