Vestas Factory

Vestas Onshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms within Brazil region. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow up;
  • Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region. Close cooperation and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity Planner;
  • Optimization potential identified and implemented;
  • Sub-region anchor point for: streamlined resource management;
  • Planning & Scheduling project implementation;
  • Material and resource analytics and performance driver;
  • Regular performance reporting to management.

 

Qualification:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical, eletrical or production;
  • Engineering degree desired.

 

Competencies:

  • Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & Scheduling;
  • Good leadership skills;
  • Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools;
  • Analytical and detailed working approach;
  • Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant;
  • Good communication skills in English (and local language). Spanish is a differential;
  • Experience in managing smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems).
