Site Document Control 
NZ, Palmerston North | Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Contract | ID: 3174
 

We are seeking those experienced Document Controllers to work with us on one of our current projects assisting the Construction team and other stakeolders in ensuring the latest copies of documents are being used;


Experience
•  Experience in maintaining an ISO9001 quality management system

• Knowledge and experience on server-based and web based document management systems.
• Sound ability in software such as MS Office, MS Front Page, Adobe Acrobat, Visio. Power Point, Excel and MS Project.
• Demonstrated ability in building excellent business relationships.
• Experience in developing written reports
• Understanding of the principles and practices  of records management systems
• Experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded
• Experience in the maintenance of a document control system

• Understanding of document management systems
• Intermediate MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
