Workforce Planning Analyst

Vestas has started its strategic workforce planning journey in 2024, and the practice is currently in its infancy. The department will propel the maturation of our organisational effectiveness practices, including, but not limited to, workforce planning.

Responsibilities
The Workforce Planning Analyst will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and maturing the workforce planning setup in the SAC planning
- Addressing complex and far-reaching underlying data challenges and developing solutions to mitigate these
- Operational reporting activity in a variety of platforms, including SAC, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to:
- Create alignment between the workforce planning and financial planning processes (Finance)
- Ensure delivery of data and system improvements and implementations (IT)
- Support behaviour change within the P&C business partners and the leaders they support (P&C / broader organisation)
- Significant collaboration across teams in P&C will also be required to implement and catalog workforce planning actions and strategies in areas such as recruitment & onboarding, learning & development, leadership, and more
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, Finance / Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management certification or consulting experience is beneficial
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in workforce planning, project management, or a related field
- Language: Candidates are fluent in English, both verbal and written
