Describe the Department

Global Legal Services is a centralized legal support function in Manila, Philippines providing specialized support to each of the regional Legal, Risk and Compliance teams in Vestas.

Responsibilities

• Legal invoice processing, including purchase requisition and purchase order creation.
• New supplier/vendor prequalification and onboarding.
• Managing approval and completion process for contracts, including coordination of completion approval forms, contract processing via DocuSign, and filing of completed contracts.
• Managing electronic filing of legal documents, records and contracts.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings for APAC legal team.
• General word processing support, including updating of legal template documents
• Company secretarial administration, including facilitating director appointments and resignations.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a law degree and at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal environment.

Competencies

• Ability to engage with legal and non-legal colleagues.
• Task-oriented, professional, self-directed and organized worker
• Proficient in conveying ideas clearly in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Suite skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams).
• Innovative ideas, curiosity and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
