Vestas started its strategic workforce planning journey in 2024, and the practice is currently in its infancy. The Organisational Effectiveness (OE) department will contribute to the maturation of our OE practices, including, but not limited to, workforce planning. The OE department sits within the People & Culture (P&C/HR) Analytics and Insights department. This role would be split between OE and Analytics.

Responsibilities

The Organisational Effectiveness Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Developing, maintaining, and maturing dashboards in Power BI and SAC
  • Addressing complex and far-reaching underlying data challenges and developing solutions to mitigate these
  • Operational reporting activity in a variety of platforms, including SAC, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to:
    • Create alignment between cross-functional projects and processes
    • Ensure delivery of data and system improvements and implementations (IT)
    • Support behaviour change within the P&C business partners and the leaders they support (P&C / broader organisation)

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, Finance / Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management certification or consulting experience is beneficial
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in analytics, data sciences, project management, or a related field
  • Language: Candidate is fluent in English, both verbal and written

 

Competencies

The chosen candidate can manage their responsibilities and work in a team, should be self-starting and motivated, and proficient in dashboarding and data manipulation, and engineering techniques (language such as Python is beneficial).
