Responsibilities

The Strategic Search Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring leadership Talent for Vestas globally. The ideal candidate is a motivated recruiting professional with experience hiring at the executive level and who prides themselves in their ability to source and hire diverse candidates.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
  • Facilitate the Korn Ferry assessment process for external hires and promotions
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that provide a high-quality candidate and hiring committee experience
  • Utilizing SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results of outreach campaigns
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
  • Continuously develop innovative sourcing approaches to cultivate a diverse network of qualified candidates
  • Deliver relationship management strategies with high-potential talent to accurately represent company leadership positions in the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Talent Management, support senior-level succession plans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of external search strategies

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruitment
  • 1 year of working within Executive Search
  • History of collaborating effectively with senior managers and business leaders
  • Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level
  • Skilled networking techniques and the capacity to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, with proficient project management abilities
  • Fluency in English
