As Fleet Vehicle Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing a fleet of over 350 utility and company vehicles across France.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of the fleet (utility and passenger vehicles), which is continuously growing.
- Lead the transition to a 100% electric fleet, in line with our CSR commitments.
- Monitor vehicle orders, renewals, deliveries, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: technical inspections, maintenance, car policy, safety.
- Handle reporting and budget tracking: fuel costs, maintenance, leasing, insurance.
- Optimize expenses using clear dashboards and insightful analyses.
- Be the main point of contact for users: needs, complaints, communication.
- Manage supplier relationships: contract follow-up, invoicing, service quality.
Profile
- Minimum 2-year degree in management, logistics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in fleet or vehicle park management.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent command of Excel and office tools.
- Knowledge of contracts, insurance, and automotive taxation.
- Awareness of CSR issues and sustainable mobility.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy.
- Solution-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
