Customers Receivables Coordinator (M/F)

Sales>SBU MED>Customer Support Management France
Service Department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, invoicing) and the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Customers Receivables Coordinator within the Customer Support Unit to ensure the follow-up of customer accounts receivable and the improvement of the processes and procedures concerned, mainly for France but also for other Countries of the Mediterranean Area.

 

Responsibilities 
The responsibilities will be main: 

  • Supervise customers transactions from invoicing to payment to minimize overdues and prevent contentious situation.
  • Animate a dashboard enabling supervision by Customer Support manager and Finance on weekly basis of the following aspects : invoices (in time and quality, according to contract and work performed), Customers’ accounts reconciliation, analysis of gaps when required, anomalies preventing payments, suggesting new process.
  • When necessary, exchange with other departments to solve root cause and improve processes on invoices: CS, SAS, SSC, Legal: Ship-to sold to problem, Tax problem, References/explanation problem, Indexation problem.
  • Review correctness of billing plans with Customer Support team.
  • Be in direct contact (directly or through Customer Support team, as agreed with Customer Support manager) with customers to solve specific issues: Integration with customer portals or customer processes, identification of customer relevant stakeholder for overdues and follow overdues with them, discuss with customer finance department when needed, take with CS manager pre-approval interest claim initiatives or further escalation, involving Customer Support team and legal department.
  • Report to Customer Support manager proposed priority on overdue for them to set Customer Support team priority on overdue function of their workload and business dimensions

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in accounting/finance matters with 3-5 years’ experience in similar function 
  • Proficiency in French and in English 
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • SAP / Sales Force 

 

Competences 

  • Good understanding of technical contracts
  • Good communication skills, team work spirit and collaboration
