The Vestas Offshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within Belgium. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan daily offshore wind farm operations, including shift rotations and crew (SOV/CTV) changes.
- Lead morning briefs, toolbox talks, and coordinate subcontractors
- Monitor CMS, perform turbine visits and restarts, and resolve technical and quality issues
- Complete daily reports, shadow data, and ensure documentation is stored on SharePoint and Customer Portal
- Review Power BI and other analysis tools; monitor weather forecasts and sailing conditions
- Create work orders, approve hours, monitor PPI’s, and collaborate with on-site warehousing
- Conduct inductions and participate in daily technical meetings and reporting activities
Qualifications
- Technical & Leadership Education/ Degree (e.g. Bachelor Degree or similar)
- Supervisory and leadership experience (min. 3 years)
- IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook & data processing and Powerpoint
- Full driving license
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Offshore experience. Completed GWO training will be an asset
- Experienced in using ERP system (SAP)

- Deep technical expertise in turbine platforms and relevant documentation (WTSR/HV Rules)

Additional information
14 days on and off rotation work with the starting point from Ostende, Belgium on the Nobelwind windfarm. (You will stay on the SOV on your rotation)
