People & Culture> HSE NCE > Regional Service HSE > NCE
Health, Safety and Environment in NCE Service Offshore has the overall purpose of ensuring all employees come home safely. In scope also to decrease the overall impact on the Environment from our activities.
The qualified candidate will report to the Lead Manager, Offshore Service, NCE and will work with the Offshore Service team, particularly the Service Belgium Director, who will be the key stakeholder.
 

Responsibilities

  • Main HSE point of contact for the Director of Offshore Service
  • Line manager for the Offshore HSE team currently consisting of 5 HSE Coordinators and an HSE Specialist 
  • Drive HSE improvements in Offshore Service with the operational team
  • Lead the “Internal Prevention Service” (Interne Dienst Voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk) as per Belgian legislation

 

Qualifications

  • “Prevention Advisor” (Preventieadviseur) Level 2 and ambition to over time obtain Level 1
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE
  • Experience in offshore wind 
  • Knowledge of, and a passion for, Intent Based Leadership
  • Experience of strategy management in HSE or another related field is beneficial

  • We prefer experience as dedicated people leader, with understanding of developing a growing team
  • Must have a sense of urgency for change and improvement and a committed approach to HSE Risk management
  • An engaging personality, who has the capacity and enthusiasm to motivate others
  • Good knowledge of both Dutch and English
