Odpovědnosti

• Organizace skladových zásob a vybavení
• Příprava servisních balíčků pro zakázky
• Vytváření a správa objednávek materiálů
• Komunikace s interními i externími partnery
• Generování a zpracování reportů
• Dodržování předpisů BOZP (bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci)
• Řešení problémů a navrhování zlepšení
• Správa skladů a zajištění bezpečného a přehledného uspořádání všech prostor

Kvalifikace

• Znalost skladového hospodářství / logistiky
• Administrativní a počítačové dovednosti
• Řidičský průkaz skupiny B
• Schopnost naučit se řídit vysokozdvižný vozík

Kompetence

• Oprávnění k řízení vysokozdvižného vozíku je výhodou, ale není podmínkou
• Pokročilá znalost MS Office, zejména Word, Excel a PowerPoint
• Zkušenosti se systémem SAP jsou výhodou, ale nejsou nutné
• Dobré komunikační dovednosti, jak ústní, tak písemné
• Schopnost efektivně využívat pracovní čas
• Odpovědný přístup k bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci
• Schopnost efektivně spolupracovat v rámci týmu
• Schopnost stanovit priority a zvládat více úkolů současně
• Schopnost učit se novým dovednostem
• Ochota cestovat v rámci regionu/státu
