The Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high quality and best possible production of their wind power plants.
With our long-standing good experience with and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we maintain our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbines while upholding to our commitment to safety standards.
Region APC > Service APAC > Service Offshore JP
Responsibilities
• Timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of technical and safety training activities
• Administration responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Availability data verification
• Create, process and follow up on purchase orders
• Liaise with local vendors (ordering parts, tools and materials), internal departments, and customers
• SAP activity
• Support with issuing of site inductions and supporting visitors
• Support the creation of the annual site budget and monitor the monthly expenditure
• Organise local meetings
• Liaising with the training department, coordinate courses and maintain training certification is up to date for onsite personnel.
• Assist onsite personnel with visa applications and travel arrangements
• Monthly report creation
Qualifications
• Possess administrative experience
• Japanese and English speaking
• Are a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), and you also have experience with SAP
• Have a full driving license
• Safety conscious

Able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. The suitable candidate will be consistent, adaptable, punctual, reliable, a selfstarter, and willing to take responsibility. In addition, you should be a team worker who recognise your own limitations and are willing to seek help when necessary.

Primary work location: Noshiro (Akita Prefecture) site. 5 days a week.
