Production Manager – Nakskov, Denmark

As our new Production Manager at the Nakskov blades factory, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through strong leadership, structured execution, and a deep understanding of both people and processes.
Department: Manufacturing > Nakskov Factory > Production Management
Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will lead a team of Group Leads and work closely with both blue-collar and white-collar stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.

Manage and develop a team of Group Leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with factory goals and global standards.

Collaborate across functions to support Tech Transfer, New Product Introduction (NPI), and process optimization.

Ensure clear communication and alignment between production teams and management.
Qualifications:
-
Engineering degree or similar technical education.

Proven leadership experience in a global production environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

Experience working with both production- and office based teams.

Fluent in Danish and English.
