Are you motivated to contribute to a more sustainable future through meaningful People & Culture work? We are looking for a new People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to support our Nakskov Blades factory.


People & Culture > P&C Region NCE > Manufacturing

As a P&C Business Partner, you will effectively explore, implement, and facilitate relevant P&C activities to benefit the factory and Vestas. In collaboration with our P&C group functions, including the P&C Shared Service Center, you will be the on-site P&C representative at the Nakskov Blades factory, home to approximately 1,200 employees and the production of the 115.5-meter blades for the world’s largest nacelle, the V-236.  

You will bring business experience, change management, consulting and know-how into a trusted partnership with line managers to create value and guide them in fulfilling their business goals.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and improve an effective organization at the factory by engaging with the management team to produce one of the most advanced offshore blades in the world.  
  • Formulate people tactics by understanding business needs while remaining attuned to the human aspects of our company.
  • Align and deploy P&C strategies, processes, policies, systems, and programs to support the execution of business strategy and fulfillment of our vision and mission of making the world a better place and to contribute to a sustainable future.
  • Develop motivated teams with a focus on empowerment, leadership, and team dynamics.
  • Act as a change agent by diagnosing systemic organizational issues, setting future agendas, and creating actionable plans to implement and sustain change.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and support the local organization in adhering to regulations.
  • Coordinate with the P&C Service Desk on all necessary local activities.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, combined with several years of experience as a Business Partner or a broad HR generalist background.
  • Proficient business insight with experience presenting to and persuading business leaders.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and experience in designing and supervising effective people programs.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Great in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
