Manufacturing and Global Procurement> Blades Factory Nakskov> Kaizen Nakskov
The goal of the local TS department is to provide and deliver a stable and lean process, focused on the quality and takt time of blades production.


Responsibilities
•    Define site strategic plan and performance follow up
•    Identify and initiate lean improvement project and initiatives
•    Seek out and concretize new ideas, develop, and lead kaizen activities
•    Coordinate and handle internal as well as extern resources in LEAN projects
•    Secure continuous improvement and motivation of the organization in changes
•    Define factory lean education, give training to employees on lean and kaizen


Qualifications
•    An engineering degree, either mechanical, materials or production based.
•    Six sigma principal experience.
•    Six sigma green belt desirable.
•    Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•    Able to design, run and evaluate trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports.

•    Able to keep deadlines but still keep quality in focus
•    Willingness to take ownership and lead to ensure progress on tasks
•    Have a good understanding of complex organizational setups, to efficiently communicate with your colleagues and relevant stakeholders
•    Able to communicate with colleagues on all levels
•    Have a good technical foundation, and the ability to pick up new knowledge fast

Approximately 20-30 travel days will be required per year
