This job is offered in Quality function in R&D under Continuous improvement department in the Tech support discipline where we support nonstandard Nonconformity handling as well as CIM cases. Quality function with the mission of generating downward trends in the quality disturbances, have 2 departments and 8 disciplines where technical support is the largest discipline of all where requires high level of stakeholder management, blade structural knowledge and critical decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support for Quality Issues
Act as a key support member for non-conformities (NCs), Customer Issue Management (CIM) cases, and compliance escalations across factory, service, and R&D - Facilitate Quality Improvement and Corrective Actions
Support root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and ensure closed-loop quality processes for NCs, LPFs, LDs, and CoPQ - Collaborate Across Functions to Meet Quality Goals
Work collaboratively with R&D, Manufacturing, and Service teams to meet quality objectives and execute strategic quality initiatives - Ensure Compliance and Audit Readiness
Secure adherence to ISO 9001, IEC/DNV guidelines, and internal NC/CIM processes; support product audits and ensure timely corrective actions - Develop and Share Knowledge
Contribute to the knowledge base with lessons learned and best practices, support quality training delivery to R&D and manufacturing teams - Support Repair and Resolution Proposals
Assist in developing repair strategies for escalated NCs and ensure effective resolution of CIM cases - Apply Quality Tools and Promote Continuous Improvement
Actively use quality tools for RCA and improvement initiatives, supporting quality enhancement across the entire value chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent and Minimum of 5- years of experience in Quality with composite design and manufacturing especially Wind Blade manufacturing
- Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner
- Added advantage of Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Standard
Competencies
- Expertise and understanding of design/manufacturing Quality processes
- Experience of data analysis and quality tools, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring results and implementing solutions
- Communication cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English
