Vestas Technology & Operations> Nacelles Manufacturing> Assembly Training & Launch
Training Process and Launch is a fresh, newly created department, under PE. We aim to fulfill all kind of training needs within the projects, and we are focusing on:
Projects like New Product Introduction or T. Transfers & Develop our employees standardizing our methods across Nacelle Factories
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement and support ongoing Training and Development activities across the Nacelle Factories and projects
- Ensure that people are equipped with the business and soft skills that they need to develop the different roles (White and Blue collars)
Qualifications
- English written and spoken on high level
- Great verbal and written communication skills including conducting presentations, project workstreams, contributing to the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations and action plans
- We prefer a base of ECM processes in Vestas and base of SAP
- Effective communication, impacting and feedback skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different countries and regions, promoting an inclusive and cohesive talent management approach
- The capacity to think strategically and adapt L&D strategies to accommodate the specific needs and issues presented by the projects or Factories
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data and metrics analytics
- People Management and project management skills
Competencies
- Able to lead a Brown paper session as well as 3P assessment
- Able to conduct regular One to One meeting with team members in the department as well as other stakeholders during the project
- Able to listen and motivate team members, Coach and Mentor new/existing members of the Launch Team and set clear team goals
- Able to create a friendly working environment that inspires the team
- Able to conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
- Actively display managerial courage by proactively addressing issues and conflicts
- Able to listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Up to 120 travel days will be required per year
