Production Engineering Nacelle - Continuous improvement team is responsible for the manufacturing life cycle management focusing on providing support to the product introduction at factories and ensuring smooth ramp / operational excellence during serial production. 

 

Responsibilities

You will be the Interface between R&D operational readiness and Factory operations team - effectively managing the technical aspects of the work as part of new product launch in the factory and for upgrades during serial production - primarily for support, co-ordination, oversight, interfacing, tracking & control, risk identification, escalation, understanding project requirements and prioritization. 

  • Lead and Guide Project Teams: Provide direction to factory operations team, offering leadership in resolving project challenges
  • Plan and Implement with Precision: Ensure project planning aligns with global standards before implementation, with meticulous oversight of schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Monitor Performance and Report Progress: Track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while consistently reporting outcomes to global counterparts
  • Anticipate and Solve Problems: Identify risks early, question assumptions, and find innovative solutions to avoid delays
  • Promote Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with R&D design teams to meet product requirements and balancing stakeholder interests
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to corporate safety standards, ensuring all team members receive proper training and adhere to safety protocols
  • Support Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, resolving issues and ensuring the Project KPIs are met 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, OR a combination of academic background and relevant wind industry experience 
  • Solid experience in project management, primarily within industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries 
  • We prefer a Certified PMP or Prince 2
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse work groups and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal, written, active listening, meeting facilitation, and presentations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Project management toolbox and systems

Additional information
Location: Lindø, DK
The first year expected travel will be up to 100 days to our new factory in Poland, after this we expect around 10% travel activity on a yearly basis.
